Remote Director of Operations

Position Summary

We are looking to hire a visionary Director of Operations to oversee our company’s operational processes, and to ensure a superb customer experience. The Director of Operations will optimize our company’s operating capabilities, employ strategies to maximize customer satisfaction, improve sales processes, and manage marketing initiatives. The Director of Operations will assist in compiling the company’s budget and employ strategies to encourage growth. You will work with our management team to create and implement business strategies.

Responsibilities

Working together with key participants to compile department budgets.

Improving business functionality to align with core business objectives

Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth

Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication

Driving the company’s operating capabilities to surpass customer satisfaction and retention, and company goals.

Creatively design sales tactics that drive our business and build stronger sales teams.

Overseeing marketing initiatives and implementing better business practices.

Lead training and development to provide advancement opportunities to our team.

Assist with performance reviews in a prudent manner.

Assessing and implementing improved processes and new technologies and collaborating with management regarding the implementation of these improvements.

Qualifications

5 years of experience managing sales, marketing, and operations for a successful team.

In-depth knowledge of project management and strategic planning.

Proven track record of outstanding performance in a previous role.

Proven track record of training and developing a growing team.

Demonstrated experience of ethical leadership.

Outstanding verbal and written skills, and experience working with staff on all levels.

Ability to make business projections three years into the future.
